Role Description
- Managing operations smoothly at office and events (e.g. Team scheduling, Managing teams at shoots, Tickets booking, Data management)
- Ensuring timely data delivery
- Ensuring client satisfaction and quality control
- Ensuring smooth payment collection and processing
- Handling customer queries & complaints
- Updating Leads on CRM
- Building client relationship
- Having previous experience in events or the wedding industry will be a plus point.
