Role Overview
We're looking for a seasoned Cloud Architect to own our infrastructure transformation. You'll migrate and scale our AI voice agent platform while maintaining zero downtime for our healthcare customers. This is a founding engineer role where you'll have direct impact on millions of patient interactions and shape our technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities
Build highly reliable infrastructure with smart scaling, strong performance guarantees, and automatic failover.
Create clear observability across the stack and streamline deployment workflows for fast, safe releases.
Set strong standards for security, access,



data protection, and compliance in a regulated environment.
Lead the platform’s long-term infrastructure strategy

Qualifications
5+ years hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, RDS, Load Balancers, etc.)
Battle-tested Kubernetes experience in production environments
Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Infrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
Real-time communication systems experience is a plus
Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure and agent systems background
Experience scaling platforms from startup to enterprise
