Job Title: SEO Specialist with Project Management Skills
Location: South Delhi
Experience: Minimum 3 years

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can manage end-to-end SEO projects,
lead optimization strategies, and coordinate across teams to deliver measurable growth in
organic traffic and rankings. The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, hands-on SEO
expertise, and solid project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and gap identification.
Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, content structure, internal links).
Improve technical SEO health (site speed, crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps).
Lead content recommendations based on keyword and SERP analysis.
Monitor and improve backlink profile using ethical link-building techniques.

Project Management
Plan, prioritize, and manage SEO projects from initiation to delivery.
Coordinate with content, design, tech, and marketing teams to execute tasks.




Create project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain documentation, status reports, and performance summaries.

Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Use SEO tools to provide insights and performance updates.
Identify issues and propose data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 years of professional experience in SEO.
Proven success in improving SEO performance for websites.
Robust understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or
similar.
Solid project management skills – ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with developers or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
