Job Summary:
AI Developers : We are looking for a hands-on Developer with deep expertise in AI and GenAI technologies to build and deploy agentic applications that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver intelligent user experiences. You will work across multiple domains—HR, finance, healthcare, recruitment—developing autonomous agents powered by LLMs and integrated with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires a hands-on AI/GenAI Developer with solid Python skills and deep experience in building LLM-powered agentic applications.
You will work with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and develop solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
You will design and deploy GenAI agents, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration , and integrate AI systems with MCP servers, APIs, and enterprise platforms . The job includes fine-tuning models, building evaluation pipelines, handling data engineering using vector/graph databases , and deploying solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD .
Key responsibilities include agent evaluation, debugging, testing (functional, regression, adversarial), performance optimization , and implementing observability dashboards. You will collaborate with product managers and data scientists, participate in demos, and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and responsible AI principles .
Cloud AI/ML certifications are a plus.
