As part of our growth, we are offering a 6-month internship in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) for aspiring technical professionals who want to build a career in ERP and enterprise technology.

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and motivated Dynamics 365 F&O; Technical Interns who will work alongside our senior consultants and developers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to ERP development, customization, integrations, and Microsoft technologies.

Interns will work on live client projects under expert guidance and receive structured mentorship throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in customizing, extending, and configuring Dynamics 365 F&O; applications using X++ and related tools.
- Support design, development, and testing of ERP modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirement into technical deliverables.
- Participate in data migration, report creation (SSRS/Power BI), and system documentation.
- Explore Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) to enhance ERP functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during development and testing.




- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and project reports.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech (minimum) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong foundation in OOP concepts, SQL, and database management.
- Proficiency in C++, .NET, or Java programming.
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts (exposure to Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

- Exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O; / AX 2012 development environment.
- Knowledge of Azure services, APIs, and Microsoft DevOps.
- Familiarity with business process areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS).
