Administer Site Permits: Readiness for permit/approval inspections [CC, OC, Fire NOC, Elevator]
Project Handover: Handover Overall Project with ZERO unacceptable snags
Plan & Cost: AdherenceEnsure Budget & Schedule Adherence and find oppurtunity for cost savings/optimzn
Site Liaison [Local Liaison, Police, Authorities, neighbors]
Labor Welfare [Labor Community Living Mgmt | Labor Insurance]
Cost Management [Budget | BoQ Mgmt | Overhead | Spend Tracking | Inventory Analysis & Control]
