Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an entry-level HR Recruiter located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with the entire recruitment process.



The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications
Skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment strategies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate databases
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus
