We are looking for 2-3 Performance Marketing Managers to own and scale paid acquisition across channels. You will drive growth through data-driven campaigns, optimise CAC, and build measurable, repeatable acquisition engines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, UAC, LinkedIn , and other paid channels.
Own full-funnel user acquisition: from audience strategy to creative testing to landing page optimisation.
Drive ROI/CAC efficiency with continuous A/B testing, bid optimisation, and funnel improvements.
Build, analyse, and present campaign performance dashboards — daily, weekly, monthly.
Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and reporting with complete ownership.
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and App Install campaigns (if applicable).
Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, MMPs (Appsflyer/Branch) , Looker, Mixpanel, or similar.
Proven track record in managing large budgets with solid CAC/CPA discipline .
