We’re looking for a passionate Thumbnail & Graphic Designer who has a keen interest in tech products and loves creating scroll-stopping visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-impact YouTube thumbnails that boost CTR and engagement
Create visually appealing graphics, social media posts, and brand creatives
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas based on content briefs
Collaborate with content, research, video, and camera teams
Participate in shoots to assist in creative direction & design planning
Stay updated with YouTube trends,
design formats & digital aesthetics
Maintain consistency with brand identity and tone
Manage projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines
✅ Requirements
2–4 years of experience in graphic design (media or digital content industry preferred)
Proven experience in YouTube thumbnail designing
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
Creative mindset with attention to detail & storytelling ability
Understanding of YouTube content trends & audience psychology
Passion for tech products & pop-culture
Strong visual sense, layout, typography & color theory
Ability to work in office in Noida
Preferred Skills
Experience in digital media houses or YouTube-focused brands
Knowledge of video basics / motion graphics (bonus)
Ability to experiment with ideas & bring fresh creative approaches
