· Deliverables:
o Create innovative and functional interior and furniture design concepts (mood boards, 2D/3D views).
o Translate client requirements into cohesive, aesthetically pleasing, and ergonomic designs.

2. Technical Drawings & Documentation
· Deliverables:
o Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, furniture shop drawings, and BOQs for execution.

3. Coordination with Teams (Execution, Sales, Vendors)
· Deliverables:
o Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure design is implemented correctly.
o Provide clarifications and quick revisions during execution.
4. Custom Furniture Design & Detailing
· Deliverables:
o Design custom-made furniture pieces as per space planning and theme.
o Create detailed joinery and material specification drawings.
5. Innovation & Material Research
· Deliverables:
o Suggest new trends, finishes, materials,



and sustainable design ideas.
o Maintain a design library of current material and furniture options.

6. Client Presentation & Interaction
· Deliverables:
o Create and deliver impactful client presentations.
o Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.

7. Project Timeline Adherence
· Deliverables:
o Ensure all design milestones are completed as per Gantt/project schedule.

8. Site Visits & Quality Checks
· Deliverables:
o Conduct regular site visits during installation to check quality and design adherence.

9. Documentation & Handover
· Deliverables:
o Final design file submission (PDF + CAD + 3Ds).
o Handover of drawing package to execution team.

10. Team Collaboration & Career development
· Deliverables:
o Collaborate with junior designers or interns.
o Attend skill-building workshops or material vendor meets.
