Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will play a key role in promoting products/services, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets in line with company objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and customer prospects
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions,



and client meetings

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
- Experience in Electrical/Electronics is more preferred.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Valuable negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and MS Office (preferred)
