About the Role

We are looking for a

smart, creative, and highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer

to join our growing creative team. This is a senior-level role for someone who brings strong expertise in 2D motion design, has the ability to create custom assets, and possesses solid experience in 3D animation.
In this role, you’ll work on a variety of projects—from commercial campaigns and explainer videos to social content and brand storytelling. You will collaborate with a team of designers, producers, and creative leads while also contributing independently with fresh ideas and a high level of craftsmanship. Solid English communication skills are essential for articulating creative decisions and collaborating effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Individual Contribution
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and producers to develop compelling concepts and animations for commercial campaigns, social media, explainer videos, and more.
Think conceptually and deliver strategic, creative solutions aligned with project goals and client requirements—often through multiple revision rounds.
Create visually engaging motion graphics, assets, and animations while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.




Clearly articulate and justify your design and animation decisions to team members and clients to support efficient feedback cycles.
Manage projects from concept to completion with attention to detail, creativity, and timely delivery.

About You

You have a

strong online portfolio

showcasing your motion design and animation work.
You are proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite

(After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and have

5+ years of hands-on experience working with 3D software .
Skilled in

green screen keying, VFX, footage tracking, and compositing .
Strong understanding of animation principles, keyframing, timing, and current trends in motion design.
You stay updated on design trends and constantly seek to elevate your creative output.
You’re a

self-starter , proactive, and confident in presenting and defending creative ideas.
You have

excellent English verbal and written communication skills

and can collaborate efficiently with colleagues and clients.
You thrive in a team that values creativity, quality, and positive working relationships.

Bonus Skills

Video editing experience
Color grading skills

Role Details

Minimum

5 years of professional experience

required.
Final shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a

skills test .
