We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong technical expertise in ETL processes, proficiency in Informatica and related tools, and a deep understanding of wealth management domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring data integrity, productive workflows, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements related to wealth management processes.
- Document functional and technical specifications for ETL workflows and data integration.
- ETL & Data Integration
- Work closely with ETL developers to design, validate, and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
- Technical Expertise
- Provide hands-on support and guidance on Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, and other ETL tools.




- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
- Data Modeling
- Design and maintain logical and physical data models for wealth management applications.
- Ensure models support scalability, performance, and reporting needs.
- Domain Knowledge
- Apply wealth management concepts (portfolio management, investment products, client onboarding, compliance) to data solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for domain-specific data flows.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a liaison between business teams, data engineers, and QA teams.
- Prepare detailed documentation, process flows, and impact analysis reports.
- Other skills:
- Experienced in all phases of SDLC and Agile based development/delivery
- Experienced in leveraging relevant tools/solutions like JIRA, Confluence etc. for requirements management
