Job Summary:
AI Developers : We are looking for a hands-on Developer with deep expertise in AI and GenAI technologies to build and deploy agentic applications that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver intelligent user experiences. You will work across multiple domains—HR, finance, healthcare, recruitment—developing autonomous agents powered by LLMs and integrated with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires a hands-on AI/GenAI Developer with solid Python skills and deep experience in building LLM-powered agentic applications.
You will work with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and develop solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
You will design and deploy GenAI agents, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and integrate AI systems with MCP servers, APIs, and enterprise platforms. The job includes fine-tuning models, building evaluation pipelines, handling data engineering using vector/graph databases, and deploying solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Key responsibilities include agent evaluation, debugging, testing (functional, regression, adversarial), performance optimization, and implementing observability dashboards. You will collaborate with product managers and data scientists, participate in demos, and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and responsible AI principles.
Cloud AI/ML certifications are a plus.
