Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Noida, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs of clients. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, building strong talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies. The Recruiter will also manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.





Qualifications
Proficiency in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and candidate assessment
Experience with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, skilled networks, and social media
Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields is preferred

Remunration
Salary range is 4 to 5 lscs per annum
Comission structure is INR 50k for each joining
Oppurtunity to be Account Lead based on performance, not ojln number of year spent with company
Training on new roles related to AI
