Responsibilities:
● Strategic Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including business leaders, CFOs, and CAs, to promote our tax and compliance solutions.
● Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their
financial and regulatory requirements.
● GST Compliance Solutions: Lead business development efforts specifically for GST compliance
software and related tax technology solutions, leveraging prior experience in this domain.
● Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the
customer base.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders,
ensuring long-term partnerships.
● Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
● Industry Expertise: Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance trends to
effectively position our solutions.
● Collaboration:
Work closely with product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
Requirements:
● Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in financial technology or enterprise SaaS solutions.
● Product Knowledge: Exposure to tax compliance softwares and regulatory frameworks.
● Finance Background: Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
● Experience in selling financial technology solutions.
● Established network within the finance and accounting industry.
● Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with financial software, tax automation tools, and compliance
platforms.
● Sales Acumen: Proven ability to sell to senior executives, business leaders, and finance
professionals.
● Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related
field
