We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive for a client-facing, multi-account role. You will act as the HR point of contact for multiple clients, handling end-to-end HR operations, policy implementation, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Support
Act as the primary HR contact for assigned client accounts.
Understand client requirements and provide timely HR support.
Maintain strong, professional communication with all client stakeholders.

HR Operations (Onboarding to Exit)
Manage complete employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and HRMS data accurately.
Support monthly HR operational tasks as per client needs.

Payroll Practices
Collect, verify, and consolidate monthly payroll inputs.
Coordinate with client payroll teams for accurate and on-time processing.
Ensure payroll-related documentation and statutory requirements are met.

Policy Implementation
Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies to client teams.
Ensure effective rollout and adherence to all HR policies.

Audit & Process Improvement
Conduct audits of existing HR practices, documentation, and processes.




Identify gaps and support the implementation of corrective measures.
Contribute to streamlining and standardizing HR processes across accounts.

Performance Management
Support performance review cycles by coordinating timelines, documentation, and communication.
Assist managers and employees with goal-setting and feedback processes.
Maintain performance-related data and trackers.

HR Compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, Gratuity, POSH, etc.).
Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate with compliance partners where required.
Guide clients on best practices related to HR compliance.

Requirements
Immediate joiners preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or compliance.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced workplace.
Good understanding of HR processes, statutory compliances, and documentation.

Preferred Skills
Experience in HR consulting or handling multiple clients.
Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
