About the Role
The Wedding Company is looking for an energetic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tech hiring and excellent stakeholder management .
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and (occasionally) non-tech roles.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms eg. Linkedin, Naukri.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical roles and modern hiring practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in product-based companies, startups, or IT recruitment firms preferred.
Open to taking up non-tech roles as needed.
Immediate joiners preferred.
