Job Description:

- Owns the full-stack development lifecycle of the application, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure backend and frontend systems. Acts as a technical leader for the development team.
- Lead development of the web-based UI (React) and backend services (Python/Django).
- Design and implement secure REST APIs for integration with CRM, Call Center, and AI models.
- Ensure responsive, SSO
- Integrated UI/UX.
- Oversee code quality, version control, CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and coordinate cross-functional delivery.- Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
