Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.

Talent Management

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition aligned with company culture and objectives.

• Drive succession planning and career development initiatives.

Employee Relations

• Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Performance Management





• Support managers in fair and consistent performance evaluations.

• Implement performance improvement plans and coaching for growth.

Organizational Development

• Assist in organizational change management and restructuring.

• Facilitate training and skill enhancement programs.

Data & Analytics

• Leverage HR metrics to guide decision-making.

• Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
