Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage accounts and tax returns.
- Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general ledger entries.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Support payroll administration and manage organizational expenditures.
- Prepare and present reports, budgets, and financial statements.
- Review and verify employee expense submissions.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Draft balance sheets, P&L; statements, monthly reports, and audit financial transactions & documents.
- Handle TDS filing, qualified tax returns, and other tax-related tasks.
- Ensure financial data confidentiality and maintain database backups.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting roles.
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and reports.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Mandatory: Experience in the E-Commerce industry.
- Strong analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in:
- Professional Tax | QuickBooks | Journal Entries | TDS | GST | Tax Accounting | Tally (Latest Version) | MS Office (Advanced Excel) | Bank Reconciliation | Internal Audits
