Sales Officer – FMCG
Key Responsibilities:




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage distributor and retailer networks.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market.
Handle order booking, billing, and collections.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Execute trade promotions, schemes, and offers.
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists.
Ensure proper merchandising and FIFO in stores.
Prepare daily sales reports and share with management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience.
Good knowledge of local market and distribution network.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and handle fieldwork.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
