Role Overview:

Eye Level Growth Studio is looking for a Creative Head with strong agency experience to lead creative direction, design strategy, and content execution across all client projects. This role requires someone who deeply understands design, works comfortably with Adobe Creative Cloud/Figma, and can guide a creative team toward high-impact work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead creative strategy for social media, branding, and YouTube content.
- Develop campaign ideas, visual concepts, storyboards, and content themes.
- Review and approve all designs, videos, and creatives.
- Manage and mentor designers, editors, and content creators.
- Work closely with strategy and account teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Present creative ideas to clients and handle feedback professionally.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure timely project delivery.




- Stay updated on design, content, and digital trends.

Required Skills:

- 5–8+ years agency experience (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of design principles, layouts, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and/or Figma.
- Ability to ideate and execute creative concepts for social media + video content.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain quality.

Nice to Have

- Experience in motion graphics or directing shoots.
- Branding and campaign development experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows.
