Book My Accountant (BMA) — a trusted accounting and compliance partner serving 500+ clients across India — is expanding its Kolkata team! We are looking for a agile Tax Compliance Executive who can take ownership of processes and play a leadership-oriented role within the compliance division.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliations, and related documentation
2. Managing GST compliance, including notices, replies, and follow-up
3. Handling Income Tax filings, documentation, and assisting in tax planning
4. Coordinating with clients for data collection, clarifications, and timely submissions
5. Ensuring on-time statutory filings and maintaining organised compliance records

Supporting senior management and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities in audits, reviews, and team coordination

✅ Requirements

- 2–3 years of practical experience in GST & Income Tax




- Strong knowledge of GST law, return filing, and portal operations
- Good understanding of Income Tax rules and filing procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tax portals
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under deadlines

Candidate preferred, with willingness to take initiative and grow into a leadership role
