To achieve this, we need a strong engineering leader to scale products, teams, and systems.

Role Overview:-

We are hiring a Lead Engineer who will operate as the Head of Engineering.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Can lead a 4–10 member team
️ Can architect scalable systems
⚡ Can ship fast in an early-stage environment
Can work closely with the founder
Wants to grow into a CTO role in 12–24 months

This is a hands-on + leadership role.

Responsibilities:-

1. Product & Architecture

Own architecture for SMS, WhatsApp API, and RCS platform
Revamp systems for scale and reliability
Build internal Sales OS (CRM + funnel + attribution)
Lead new WebApp development
Implement automation and AI-driven features

2. Engineering Execution

Lead backend, frontend, QA, and interns
Maintain coding standards and reviews
Build scalable, fault-tolerant systems
Manage releases and sprints

3. AI & Data Integration





Integrate new AI Data product
Build scoring engines: lead scoring, churn prediction, suggestions
Build analytics dashboards

4. Reliability & Cost Optimization

Monitor uptime, logs, infra health
Optimize routing for cost & deliverability
Build internal automation tools

5. Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, COO, Retention Head, and Founder.

Skills & Experience Needed:-

Technical:

6–12 years in PHP / NodeJS / Python
Strong MySQL
Scalable platform experience
API integrations (WhatsApp, SMS, RCS preferred)
AWS/GCP, queues, caching, microservices
React/Next.js is a plus
AI/ML experience is a bonus

2–5 years leading small teams
Ability to hire and mentor
