About the Role
We're looking for a results-obsessed, data-driven performance marketing lead who can drive measurable revenue growth across platforms. This is a senior, high-ownership role responsible for delivering strong direct sales each month, across our D2C website, Amazon, and Flipkart, using sharp, targeted campaigns on Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube, Search, Display) and marketplace ad platforms (Amazon, Flipkart).
Publishing is changing, and we're looking for someone who can lead that change—from strategy to execution, every rupee spent must bring a return.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook)
- Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display)
- Amazon Sponsored Ads
- Flipkart Ads
- Drive ₹50L+/month in tracked revenue across platforms, with a clear focus on ROAS and CAC.
- Lead funnel creation—from ad to landing page to final conversion—across paid and organic channels.
- Work closely with creative, content, and tech teams to produce scroll-stopping ads, strong CTAs, and well-optimised product pages.
- Strategically allocate and adjust budgets across campaigns and platforms based on daily performance.
- Monitor campaign health using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Console, and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Optimise for Buy Box wins,
reviews, ACoS, and performance metrics on Amazon & Flipkart.
- Build custom dashboards or reports to track, analyse, and improve performance continuously.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta + Google a must; Amazon/Flipkart experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver ₹30L+ in monthly tracked eCommerce sales with strong ROAS.
- Excellent understanding of ad bidding, segmentation, creative testing, retargeting, and attribution.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising YouTube ads and Instagram video + static campaigns.
- Fluency in marketing analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, Tag Manager).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment (D2C, edtech, or eCommerce is a big plus).
- Solid creative judgment—can give a sharp brief or feedback to improve ad creatives or landing pages.
