ABOUT THE JOB

This vacancy is for an inside entrepreneur to develop recent & advanced thermal processing equipment for emerging metals, ceramics & composites (such as furnaces, kilns, reactors, heat exchangers, various types of material handling & conveyance systems, vacuum systems, dryers, fluidised beds, etc).

Fluidtherm Design & Development P. Ltd is a meritocracy which engages in research, design, manufacture & commissioning of Industrial furnaces primarily (but not exclusively) for the Heat Treatment & Powder Metallurgy. We have a presence apart from India, in S. Korea, China, EU & USA.

RESPONSIBILITES

· Work with & learn from product & domain experts & consultants employed by the Company





· Recognise equipment needs for emerging technologies that are attractive to the Company even if not immediately apparent.

· Engage in the multi disciplinary product development effort through all its stages.

· Create comprehensive documentation for developed products so downstream production meets customer requirements without errors.

· Work closely with the R&D; & Production engineers to architect and develop the best technical solution for customers

· Maintain a spirit of continuous improvement in all spheres of activity

· Freedom & enthusiastic willingness to travel to chase down every opportunity

ATTRIBUTES THAT WE SEEK

· A high level of proficiency with engineering fundamentals & design of machinery and/ or chemical plants

· Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals.

· Last mile implementation skills.

· Knowledge of the fundamentals of thermal process equipment

· Ability to read & make small modifications to CAD & Solidworks drawings.

· Knowledge of how CFD Tools like Ansys are made & interpreted

· Clear minded ability to see solutions to complex technical problems & explaining them clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
