Role Overview

We’re hiring an Implementation & Support Engineer with a strong manufacturing background and exposure to ERP, MES, or CMMS systems such as SAP PM/MM, Maximo, or similar.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth deployment of Sysma’s platform at client sites — coordinating with plant, IT, and management teams, driving adoption, training users, and ensuring on-ground success.

This is not a coding role — it’s a functional + technical implementation position that requires you to understand plant processes, digital workflows, and people.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Sysma platform rollouts at manufacturing sites.
- Understand client SOPs, maintenance workflows, and SAP or MES integrations.
- Configure modules, validate data mapping, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Conduct user training, adoption sessions, and collect feedback from plant teams.
- Track usage metrics,



prepare rollout reports, and identify process gaps.
- Serve as the bridge between Sysma’s product team and the client’s operations.
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate to tech teams where needed, and follow through to closure.
- Promote a digital culture by demonstrating practical value to operators and managers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–7 years of experience in Manufacturing / Industrial Operations.
- Strong exposure to ERP / MES / CMMS platforms (SAP PM/MM, Maximo, Ramco, Infor, etc.).
- Familiarity with maintenance, production, or quality processes in plant environments.
- Experience participating in digital transformation or system rollout initiatives.
- Strong communication and documentation skills (English & Hindi required).
- Comfortable with web and mobile applications, data formats (Excel/CSV/JSON).
- Logical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, PTW, or shift-logbook systems.
- Exposure to API or integration concepts (no coding required).
- Experience with CMMS or Industry 4.0 tools.
- Regional language fluency (for site communication) is a plus.
