DFT Engineer – PMBIST (Bengaluru)

Hi ,

If PMBIST is your playground and you enjoy owning DFT from architecture to sign-off, this role will feel like home. You’ll work on complex SoCs, shape test strategy, and solve the kind of debug challenges that actually stretch you.

What you’ll handle

• PMBIST Or Programmable Memory Built-In Self-Test design, integration, and verification

• Test planning, constraints, and DFT sign-off

• Debugging MBIST flows and improving coverage

• Cross-team collaboration with design, PD, and verification

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years in DFT with robust PMBIST depth

• Solid command of BIST architectures, fault models, and RTL flows

• Experience with Tessent / DFTMAX / Modus

• Strong scripting and a sharp debugging mindset
