About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Manager – Quick Commerce to lead and scale our presence across rapid-delivery platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing business on quick commerce channels, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive growth through assortment, availability, promotions, and relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow business on all quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BB Now, etc.).
- Own P&L; for the category/product portfolio across platforms.
- Develop monthly and quarterly plans for sales, promotions, and marketing investments.
- Maintain high fill rates by coordinating with supply chain, warehouse teams, and platform partners.
- Drive platform visibility through paid promotions, events, and merchandising tools.
- Track daily sales, out-of-stock issues, and competitor actions using platform dashboards.




- Lead negotiations for margins, marketing spends, and visibility placements.
- Expand assortment and ensure correct cataloging and pricing across platforms.
- Work closely with operations and finance for billing, reconciliations, and claim management.
- Build strong relationships with category managers and key platform stakeholders.
- Analyze data to create growth strategies and drive decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

- Mandatory: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce (Blinkit / Instamart / Zepto / similar).
- Solid understanding of platform algorithms, marketing tools, and category dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
