SAP Basis Engineer Location: Bangalore

Lenovo is looking for an SAP Basis Engineer to support hybrid SAP environments by ensuring system stability, performance, and availability. This role involves day-to-day Basis operations, incident management, and support for upgrades and environment changes.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Basis daily operations including monitoring, performance tuning, batch job scheduling, and system checks
Incident resolution and technical support for Basis-related issues
Support SAP upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
Maintain SAP operational standards and documentation
Contribute to knowledge base updates and automation initiatives
Work effectively in a rotational shift / 24×7 support setup
Skills & Experience
1–7 years of hands-on SAP Basis administration
Experience with SAP Solution Manager, UNIX/Linux, and ServiceNow
Understanding of hybrid and cloud-supported environments
Robust teamwork and documentation skills
Qualifications
SAP Basis Certification (C_TADM) — preferred
ITIL Foundation — preferred
