Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Java Backend & Kotlin Developer

with strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate should have

prior experience in a product-based company

and a proven track record of delivering robust backend solutions.

Prior experience in a product-based company is mandatory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7–10 years

of experience in backend software development.
Strong proficiency in

Java ,

Spring Boot ,

Microservices architecture , and

Kotlin .
Hands-on experience with

RESTful APIs ,

CI/CD pipelines , and

cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) .
Solid understanding of

data structures, algorithms , and

object-oriented programming .

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)

and

Kotlin .




Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.
Optimize backend systems for

performance, scalability, and reliability .
Contribute to system architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.
