Experience: 5+Years
Location: Bangalore
Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Interview Mode: Virtual Drive (Weekdays/Weekends)
Notice Period: Immediate–20 Days preferred
What You’ll Work On
Design & develop end-to-end business processes using IBM BPM 8.6
Build scalable, high-performance process applications
Work with CSHS, Integration Services, BPDs, and REST API integrations
Deploy and monitor BPM applications, integrating with Oracle RDBMS
Implement advanced BPM concepts — events, gateways, exception handling
Collaborate in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Solid experience with IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework
Hands-on with CSHS, integration services & BPD design
Knowledge of ODM integration
Banking/Financial Services/Fintech domain exposure
Strong communication, problem-solving & collaboration skills
