About the Role
We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter specializing in C2H hiring to support end-to-end recruitment for our top technology clients. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closure experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for contract & contract-to-hire roles
Work on niche IT skills – Developers, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, SAP, Infra, etc.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal database & references
Conduct initial screening, fitment analysis & rate negotiation
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers & joining follow-up
Maintain daily submission tracker & client delivery metrics




Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring skill demands
Required Skills & Experience
Min 2 years of experience in C2H / Contract IT staffing
Strong exposure in sourcing & closing critical tech roles
Excellent in Naukri & LinkedIn sourcing
Strong negotiation & stakeholder coordination skills
Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Preferred
Work Mode
Work from Office - Location - Ameerpaet capital building
Face-to-Face Interview Only
Education
Any Bachelor’s Degree.
