Book My Accountant (BMA) — a trusted accounting and compliance partner serving 500+ clients across India — is expanding its Kolkata team! We are looking for a energetic Tax Compliance Executive who can take ownership of processes and play a leadership-oriented role within the compliance division.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliations, and related documentation
Managing GST compliance, including notices, replies, and follow-up
Handling Income Tax filings, documentation, and assisting in tax planning
Coordinating with clients for data collection, clarifications, and timely submissions
Ensuring on-time statutory filings and maintaining organised compliance records

Supporting senior management and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities in audits, reviews, and team coordination

✅ Requirements

2–3 years of practical experience in GST & Income Tax




Strong knowledge of GST law, return filing, and portal operations
Good understanding of Income Tax rules and filing procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and tax portals
Strong communication skills and ability to work under deadlines

Candidate preferred, with willingness to take initiative and grow into a leadership role
