The company aims to streamline construction by bringing together all stakeholders involved in home building. It offers a one-stop platform for all residential building construction needs, from legal permissions and architectural & structural design to construction execution, interiors, and monitoring services. Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, executing, and finalising projects according to deadlines and budgets. They will coordinate internal resources, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure all aspects of a project are aligned to meet organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
o Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
o Coordinate resources and team members to ensure project deliverables are met.
o Monitor project progress and address potential issues or delays.
2. Communication and Collaboration:
o Serve as a primary point of contact between team members and clients.
o Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
o Provide regular updates and reports on project status to team members and clients.
3. Documentation and Reporting:




o Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
o Track project metrics and deliverables, ensuring alignment with objectives.
o Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and post-project evaluations.
4. Risk and Issue Management:
o Identify and address potential risks or issues affecting project timelines and deliverables.
o Propose solutions and escalate challenges to the project manager or leadership team as needed.
5. Resource and Task Management:
o Coordinate the allocation of resources and track their utilisation.
o Monitor task assignments and ensure timely completion by team members.
o Manage logistics for project activities, including procurement, travel, and external vendors.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management.
Experience:
o Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role with 2-3 years of experience.
o Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Auto Cad, Staad Pro, etc.).
Skills:
o Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
• May require occasional travel.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
