About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to support our internal systems, data, documentation, and workflow management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organization, working with spreadsheets, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.

You will work closely with the founder and the design–operations team, gaining meaningful exposure to how a design-led business is run on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update internal databases, trackers, and reporting sheets
• Support daily operational tasks, coordination, and documentation
• Prepare MIS-style daily/weekly reports
• Assist with data entry and structured information management
• Help streamline internal workflows and improve process efficiency
• Work closely with teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Requirements
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong knowledge of Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)




• Clear communication and the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
• Open to learning recent skills and expanding one’s scope of responsibility
• Available for a 12-month internship
• Background in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Operations, or related fields (preferred)
• Interest in design, product development, or creative industries (nice to have)

Stipend
A monthly stipend of 10,000 INR will be offered, based on experience level.
