Job Title: Senior Manager – Project Coordinator

Department: Electrical Turnkey

Location:

- Mumbai Head Office
- Pune Branch
- Bangalore

Compensation:

- CTC: ₹18 LPA
- Performance-Based Variable: ₹2 LPA

Experience Required: 15 to 18 years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Candidate Profile:

- Robust experience in Electrical Turnkey Projects, with specific exposure to Industrial, Commercial, Data Centers, and Residential sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently to different project locations and client sites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in conducting client presentations, project planning discussions, and progress updates.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-site project teams and resolving on-ground issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Oversight:
- Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operations of multiple ongoing electrical turnkey projects.
- Site Coordination:
- Liaise between Head Office / Branch Office and site teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.




- Staff & Admin Management:
- Oversee technical and administrative functions, ensuring adequate facilities and resource availability for site staff.
- Material Management:
- Review and approve indents for materials and consumables; ensure timely procurement and usage tracking.
- Budgeting:
- Prepare and submit monthly site expense budgets, ensuring alignment with project progress.
- Client Interaction:
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding site execution, issues, and resolutions.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure high-quality work is maintained across sites and all work adheres to technical standards and safety norms.
- Measurement & Billing:
- Supervise timely measurement of work, certification from consultants/clients, material reconciliation, and final billing.
- Project Closure:
- Ensure smooth project handover, closure formalities, and timely payment collection.

- Project Head / Management at Head Office or Branch Office
