Senior Associate – Founder’s Office

Experience: 2–3 years

About the Role:

As a Senior Associate in the Founder’s Office, you will work on high-priority projects

alongside senior team members and leadership for the central strategy team. This is

an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to strategic decision-making, develop

problem-solving skills, and build a foundation in operations and data analysis!

You will be the central liaison between various functional teams driving day-to-day

operations and owning core metrics with functional leaders. You will also be involved





with owning focused objectives and building center of excellence (CoE) functions at

Pepper

Responsibilities:

 Assist in developing and improving business processes across functions.

 Analyze datasets using SQL and Google Sheets to support decision-making.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.

 Conduct research and provide inputs for strategic initiatives.

 Adapt to changing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

 2–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field.

 Basic proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets; willingness to learn advanced

tools.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication and collaboration abilities.

 Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
