Now as we foray into solving the credit needs of our customers, we are looking to hire a talented Senior Product Manager to lead our loans product at Bachatt.

You will work closely with engineering, data, risk, operations, and business teams to build scalable, compliant, and high-performing lending products. You'll plan and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across underwriting, credit decisioning, loan servicing, repayments, mandates, partner integrations, and compliance-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product roadmap and strategy for lending modules:
- Underwriting & risk decisioning
- KYC/CKYC compliance workflows




- Loan Origination (LOS) & Loan Management (LMS)
- Continuously improve user experience across the credit lifecycle while balancing risk and compliance
- Monitor KPIs such as approval rates, DPDs, NPAs, repayment success rates, and product profitability

Requirements

- 4–8 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech/lending/credit
- Solid understanding of credit workflows: underwriting, KYC/AML, loan lifecycle, mandates, collections
- Experience working with NBFC partners or building loan products (PL, BNPL, secured/unsecured)

Nice to Have

- Prior experience building LOS/LMS systems
- Exposure to bureau integrations (CIBIL/CRIF), fraud scoring, or risk models
- Experience with user research or building consumer-facing journeys
