Role Overview:-
We are looking for a Hands-on CTO / Tech Lead who can lead the engineering function while actively contributing to development. This is a high-impact, founder’s office role where you will shape the architecture, technology roadmap, and future of our messaging platforms.

Responsibilities:-
- Lead the design, development, and scaling of our SMS, WhatsApp API, and RCS platforms.
- Work hands-on with our current PHP/MySQL stack while planning the shift to microservices (Node.js/Go/Python).
- Architect secure, high-performance APIs and distributed systems.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime, platform security, and cost-optimized infrastructure.
- Build, mentor,
and manage a lean engineering team (backend, frontend, QA).
- Collaborate on roadmap planning, new features, and regulatory compliance (Meta, TRAI, RCS).

Requirements:-
- 6–8 years of experience building backend/API-heavy systems.
- Strong hands-on skills in PHP/MySQL with exposure to Node.js/Go/Python.
- Experience in high-scale messaging, queues, load balancing, and API security.
- Startup or leadership experience preferred.
- Someone who enjoys coding, architecture, and team leadership.
