Job Title: AI Developer (Agentic Applications)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Developer to build and deploy agentic applications using LLMs and contemporary GenAI frameworks. You will work on automation and intelligent solutions across domains like HR, finance, healthcare, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy AI agents using LLMs and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
- Develop MCP-compatible servers and integrate agents with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM).
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines and LLM workflows.
- Fine-tune models and improve agent performance.
- Create evaluation pipelines, scoring logic, and testing workflows.
- Work on functional, regression, and adversarial testing.
- Implement monitoring dashboards and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with product, data science,



and business teams.
- Participate in demos and solution walkthroughs.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong Python programming experience.
- Hands-on with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
- Cloud experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda), Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and GenAI systems.
- Hands-on with AWS Bedrock/SageMaker/Inferentia OR Azure OpenAI OR Google Vertex.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience with MCP servers, API integrations, and enterprise data sources.
- Data engineering exposure (vector DBs, graph DBs, ingestion pipelines).
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Skills

- AI/ML certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
