We’re Hiring: AI/ML Developer to Build the Next Generation of the IT Industry.

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML developer who bridges the gap between data science and software engineering. You will take models from the notebook to the cloud, ensuring they are scalable, effective, and robust.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Design & Build: Develop and fine-tune machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, or RL) to solve specific business challenges.
Productionise: Move models from research environments (Jupyter) to production-grade microservices using FastAPI or Flask .
MLOps: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring automated retraining and monitoring using tools like MLflow or Kubeflow .
Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to optimise ETL pipelines and ensure high-quality data ingestion.




Optimise: Improve model latency and throughput for real-time inference.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Strong Coding Skills: Proficiency in Python is non-negotiable. Experience with C++ or Go is a plus.
Framework Mastery: Deep understanding of PyTorch , TensorFlow , or Scikit-learn .
Cloud Experience: Experience deploying ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker), Azure, or GCP .
GenAI (Optional/Bonus): Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI API, Llama 2, Hugging Face transformers) and RAG architectures.
Math Foundation: Solid grasp of linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
The "Nice-to-Haves"
Experience with Java, Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
Contributions to open-source AI projects.
