Key Responsibilities

For Developers:
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) applications, plugins, and integrations.
Implement business processes, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
Build and deploy client-side scripts using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
Develop integrations using APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
Ensure quality, performance, and scalability in all deliverables.

For Leads:
Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics CRM developers.
Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Manage project timelines, code reviews, and development best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to ensure seamless delivery.

For Architects:
Design end-to-end enterprise CRM architecture using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
Define solution blueprints, data models,



and integration patterns with ERP and third-party systems.
Establish technical governance, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD frameworks for CRM environments.
Provide thought leadership, technical direction, and solution validation throughout project lifecycle.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security for enterprise-grade CRM implementations.

5+ years (Developer)

10+ years (Architect)

of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
Proficiency in

Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Power Platform

(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong experience with

C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web APIs, and Azure Services .
Hands-on experience with

Dataverse, Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps , and

custom plugin development .
Experience with

Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Solution Management, and ALM .
Deep understanding of

CRM architecture, security, and deployment models (on-premise / cloud) .
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Valuable to Have
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer / Solution Architect / Power Platform Expert
Experience with

integration to ERP (Dynamics Finance, SAP, or others)
Exposure to

AI Builder, Copilot, or Power Virtual Agents
