Are you passionate about performance marketing and have a knack for crafting high-converting Meta campaigns? We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who can blend strategy, creativity, and analytics to drive impactful results.

What You’ll Do:

- Design, manage & optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns
- Develop data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and minimize CPA
- Create engaging ad copies and visuals in collaboration with the creative team
- Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Stay ahead of Meta’s evolving ad trends and tools

Key Responsibilities

- Strategically plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and additional digital platforms.
- Drive core performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, and overall revenue growth.
- Oversee campaign budgets, daily pacing, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Develop and run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets.




- Analyze campaign data to derive insights and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns for D2C or eCommerce brands.
- Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns profitably with measurable results.
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Experience working with Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution platforms like Triple Whale or Hyros.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with creative teams
