Job Description: Admin Manager — Plattr

About Plattr:

Plattr is a fast-growing food-tech brand that delivers bulk meals, corporate meals, event catering, and 5+ pax orders with zero-spillage packaging and multi-cuisine options. We partner with offices, startups, and mid-size companies to simplify their daily meal operations.

We are looking for an Admin Manager who will manage internal operations, coordinate with food partners, support corporate clients, and ensure smooth end-to-end meal delivery experiences.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Meal Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with partner kitchens and delivery teams to ensure on-time meal dispatch & delivery.
Track daily orders, headcount changes, and special meal requirements.
Resolve any delivery, quality, or packaging issues in real time.
Ensure every order meets Plattr’s zero-spillage & hot-and-fresh standards.

2. Corporate Client Coordination

Act as the primary contact for client Admin/HR teams.
Manage daily/weekly meal schedules, meal preference updates, and feedback loops.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new corporate clients.
Maintain strong relationships to improve client retention and satisfaction.

3. Vendor & Kitchen Partner Management

Coordinate with kitchen teams for menu planning, inventory readiness, and dispatch timelines.
Monitor quality, hygiene,



and packaging standards at vendor locations.
Support in onboarding and evaluating recent vendors.

4. Internal Administrative Support

Manage internal office operations (pantry, supplies, documentation).
Assist with coordinating staff schedules, riders, and delivery partners.
Support HR with employee meal planning for internal Plattr teams.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily order logs, delivery reports, and issue-resolution trackers.
Prepare weekly client and vendor performance summaries.
Ensure accurate documentation for billing and invoices.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years in Admin, Operations, Facility Management, or Corporate Services.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Experience coordinating with vendors, delivery teams, or field staff.
Good understanding of food delivery/tiffin/catering operations is a plus.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage day-to-day operational challenges.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (basic level is enough).
