We are now looking for agile, self-driven individuals to join our team as Medical Sales Representatives across specific regions of Delhi.

Each selected candidate will be responsible for one assigned territory, ensuring a focused and results-driven approach in meeting doctors, maintaining relationships, and driving product awareness.

Mmatrics Pharmaceuticals is offering a 3-month contract (with possibility of extension) for individuals looking to gain hands-on exposure in pharma sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and coordinating with doctors

• Managing and planning schedules

• Presenting our product line

• Generating sales, primarily through bulk orders

Your earnings will be directly linked to performance through our competitive commission structure.

Role Responsibilities

• Meet and coordinate with doctors in your assigned region

• Set meeting schedules, present product offerings, and build long-term professional relationships

• Generate sales by introducing product benefits, answering queries, and ensuring doctors trust our solutions





• Focus on achieving bulk orders to increase earnings

• Maintain daily field activity reports

• Attend weekly virtual meetings for updates and strategy alignment

• Represent Mmatrics Pharmaceuticals with professionalism in the field

Working Hours

11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

(Field work may adjust slightly based on doctor availability, but official working hours remain 11–6.)

Compensation & Benefits

What We Offer:

• ₹8,000 fixed monthly stipend

• 10% commission on all bulk orders

(commission may increase up to 15–20% for exceptionally large or high-volume orders)

• Travel expenses reimbursed with receipts and proof of travel

Performance-Based Growth

If results are strong and both parties agree to continue after the initial 3-month period:

• Stipend may increase up to ₹15,000 per month

• Commission may rise from 10% to 15% for regular bulk sales

This increment is a promised increase and will be stated clearly in the extended contract.

Extensions can be issued for either 1 month or 3 months.

Who Can Apply

• Freshers from sales, pharma, or medical backgrounds are welcome

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in relevant fields are preferred (not mandatory)

• Must be motivated, target-driven, and confident in communication

• Comfortable working independently on-field

• Candidates with their own vehicle — preferably a two-wheeler — are strongly preferred

Work Mode

• Fully on-field within assigned Delhi NCR territories

• Weekly meetings are virtual
