Job Title: KNX Programmer
Location: Hyderabad
Job description:
* Develop, code, and debug AV control system programs using platforms such as **Crestron, AMX, Extron, QSC Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira**, etc.
* Create custom user interfaces (UIs) for touch panels, mobile devices, and control surfaces.
* Integrate AV equipment including displays, switchers, projectors, audio processors, DSPs, video conferencing systems, and lighting controls.
* Program automation sequences, device communication, and system logic
* Configure AV networking, IP/serial communication, audio routing, and video signal paths.
* Set up DSP configurations (e.g., EQ, feedback control, gain structure).
* Ensure compatibility between hardware, firmware, and control components.
* Perform system-level tests and troubleshooting to ensure stable functionality.
* Prepare programming documentation, system diagrams, and configuration files.
* Maintain version control and update logs for all programmed systems.
* Provide operation manuals for client training




* Communicate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand programming requirements.
* Support clients with training sessions and technical explanations during handover.
* Proficiency in **Crestron (SIMPL, VT-Pro, Crestron Studio), AMX NetLinx, Extron Global Scripter, QSC Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira**, etc.
* Strong understanding of AV signal flow, audio processing, and video distribution.
* Networking knowledge: VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, TCP/IP protocols.
* Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, MS Teams Rooms, Cisco).
* Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Lua, C#, JavaScript preferred).
* Robust analytical and problem-solving ability.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Attention to detail and time management.
