Designation: HR Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: - Upto 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

HR Functions

- Organizing and maintaining personnel records (in soft and hard versions)
- Updating internal HR databases (staff details, leave data etc.)
- Coordination for printing and issuance of ID cards and business cards
- Dealing with HR vendors for insurance and recruitment
- Managing recruitments – includes sourcing and screening CVs, arranging interviews
- Drafting the Contracts for research team members.
- Employee Induction
- Exit interviews of RAs
- Office Upkeep and Maintenance
- Arranging meetings and managing the calendar for the VC & Director, CRDF
- Drafting minutes of the meetings
- Hospitality management
- Other tasks as directed by the Head-HR.

Preferred Experience (Good to Have)

MBA (preferred in HR) from deemed university

∙5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions

∙The candidate must be excellent at MS- Office applications.

∙Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic

∙Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in

English, Hindi and Gujarati language.

∙Demonstrate high degree of integrity, confidentiality and team work.

∙Solid time management and coordination skills.





∙Ability to adapt any process changes and comfortable working with

people at all organisational levels.
