Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) to attend and support surgeon during surgeries,

maintain and develop relation with surgeons.

Responsibilities:

1. Checking all equipment before the surgery: Prior to the scheduled surgery, CSRs ensures

the availability of all medical equipment and supplies for the surgery/operation.

2. Supporting the surgeons during the surgery: CSRs help surgeons perform the procedure by

passing the required tools to the surgeon.

3. Prepare and maintain Documentation, if any, post surgery.

4. Preparing and updating Daily Reports.

5. Gathering market intelligence and competition activity.

6. Assisting in OT or Hands On session during our Med Ed programs.

Education: Preferred: Diploma/Graduate - Pref Science

Licenses/ Certifications: NA/Nursing Certificate will be added advantage

Experience: 3-4 Years in relevant field and in Operation Theatre .

2. Pleasing Personality.

3. Ability to manage stress and pressure in Operation Theatre setting.

4. Ability to Multitask

5. Effective communication
